Given the high nutritional value of brocolli which makes it one of the biologically most valuable vegetable species, this study focused on determining K, Ca, Mg, P and vitamin C contents in three hybrids (Cruiser, Skiff and Corvet). This study revealed the following: the average K content ranged from 0.321% in Cruiser to 0.349% in Corvet, the average Ca content ranged from 0.074% in Crusier to 0.114% in Skiff, the average Mg content ranged from 0.012% in Skiff to 0.019% in Corvet, the average P content ranged from 0.061% in Corvet to 0.062% in Cruiser and Skiff, the average vitamin C content ranged from 0.091% in Cruiser to 0.115% in Skiff.
