The capacity of the double side-channel spillway, consisting of the two spillways, with channels joining into a common single branch, is estimated in this paper. For the specific site conditions, such an arangement may sute better than the regular side-channel spillway. The spillway capacity is estimated based on the accepted flow relations for the side-channels and the hydraulic model studies.
