The aim of this study was to determine the effect of extrusion and sex on share of abdominal fat and giblets in carcasses of broilers Ross hybrids, fed pelleted extruded and nonextruded corn. Measured weight of broilers before slaughter, weight of abdominal fat and edible giblets. Testing results found that gender had a highly significant impact on weight before slaughter in both treatments, the percentage of liver and gizard in the control group. Extrusion had effect on body mass and percentage of gizard of female, and the total percentage of edible giblets, the percentage of abdominal fat and the percentage of liver in cockeler.
