The paper describes the technological process of extrusion of fish meal mixed with soy grits in order to obtain valuable high protein feed intended for animal feed industry. Chemical analysis got is: crude protein content (expressed on dry matter) 41.37%, crude fiber 8.30%, mineral matter 6.22%, phosphorus 0.47% and 0.99% calcium. Results of microbiological tests show that the extruded feed with a fish weed corresponds to the Regulations on the maximum amount of harmful materials and ingredients in animal feed. A complete assessment of technological process of production of protein feed extrusion of fish fat soy grits leads us to the justification of the production of protein feed to the aspect of quality of final product obtained, and the technological, economic and ecological aspects.
