In conclusion: Simply, the introduction of quality standard and feed safety in the general quality control system in the feed industry is a precondition for the cooperation with the partners at the national and international market. In Serbia, there are all preconditions for the inclusion in the international trade market, for production and export of quality feed, and therefore the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and the Water Resources of the Republic of Serbia in its Strategy suggested the development of the HACCP system, as a concept to secure good raw materias and final products for feed and food. That is the reason the Ministry organized seminars and trainings, than Technical Aids from the USA and the EU, to educate experts and industry to take active part in additional education on Biosecurity and HACCP.
