Studied were protective properties of protective effect of recombinant construction of heat shock protein (rcHSP) with lypopolysaccharide (LPS) and its variants (without HSP or LPS) for forming immunity against experimental salmonellosis in white mice. It is shown that rcHSP-LPS when administering to mice 24 h before inoculation induced resistance to Salmonella typhimurium. The protection formed after 3 intraperitoneal administrations of 10 mcg/mouse or a single administration at the dose of 100 mcg/mouse. 40-80% of immunized mice survived while 90% of control animals died. Destroy of the HSP by boiling of rcHSP for 30 min resulted in the loss of the protective activity of the construction. Bounding LPS with PLB retained the protective properties of the preparation which expressed after 3 injections. LPS at the dose of equivalent to its content in rcHSP-LPS (0.0266 milli kg/mouse) and PMB did not influence the course of infection in white mice. The determination of the antibody titers (in EIA) to S. typhimurium in survived mice at day 21 after inoculation (observation period) showed that the animal protection against infection by immunizing with different variants of rcHSP-LPS is aschieved by activating innate immunity. It is concluded that the maim protective element of the construction is HSP, LPS activates TLR2 and TLR4 (Toll-like receptors) resulting in activating innate immunity and initiating adaptive immunity
