In the Krasnodar Krai the efficiency of some biopreparations as planzir, pseudobacterin-2, bactophit, phytolavin-300 for protection of barley from diseases at natural infection background was estimated. The biopreparations had a fungicide effect on seed infection. The biopreparations exhibited growth-stimulating activity compared to the control. Biopreparations treatments of winter barley crops had both a stimulating effect and fungicide effect providing thereby the increment of yield under low infertility. A selection of biopreparations effective against mildew and Fasarium wilt disease of gourds was carried out. The most effective were bactophhit and planzir. Their using increased the number of shouts in water melons by 42% compared to the control, in melons by 56%, a total of ovaries by 21 and 72%, respectively, and the incidence of mildew and Fusarium wilt disease reduced by a factor of 5-6.5. It is concluded about appropriateness to register the tested biopreparations and to include them in the zonal protection system of gourds. The pesticide exposure on soil and plants reduces by using them 1.5 times.
