The aim of this paper refers about possibility of working out the practica1 cutting control with using of shelterwood cutting. The paper presents results of the iterative measurement trom six permanent plots. The stand parameters obtained trom the plots were interpreted on the basis of suggestions and implementation of different cutting intensity. The expected natural regeneration was not reached at the all of plots. Therefore iť s necessary to increase suggestion of cutting intensity according to conditions of individual forest stands. The results which were achieved, they are proposition for suitable and alternate determination of number the regeneration cutting in the shelterwood cutting for sustainability of natural regeneration in forest.
