On an example of model area of PVOD Kočín we demonstrate a procedure of consolidation of risk erosion agricultural land. As information sources databases active digitalized layers of land evaluation units (BPEJ) and digitalized layer (orthophoto maps) of cultivated land were used. The scenario of soil and land consolidation comes out from legal decrees and measures for soil resources protection (Law No. 220/2004 of Code) and used norm 5TN 75 4501: Anti-erosion protection of agricultural land. Process of consolidation (algorithms) consists of several processing items which are divided into 3 levels: 1) identification of risk erosion areas (calculation of soil erosion intensity and area by erosion threatened land), 2) proposal of the optimal design of individual plots (area and geometry of plots, their shape, accessibility to mechanization and combination of all mentioned factors), 3) proposals of anti-erosion control measures (manners of soil tillage, crop rotation systems, construction of anti-erosion green belts and terraces, etc.). For creation of the anti-erosion consolidation of agricultural plots GIS tools are inevitable to use; in our instance it was software system ArcMap 9.2 fy ESRI, inc. This procedure can help to projectants or user of agricultural land the create groundwork for new arrangement of agricultural landscape which implementation can contribute to some elimination of sheet water erosion.
