Soil organic carbon (SOC) stock and its dynamic play important role in regulation of the the greenhouse gasses emission and sequestration. Using of the process-based models is the common way how to estimation the SOC stock dynamics on national-level. One of the widely used SOC dynamics models is the RothC model. The RothC model has been suggested to predict the SOC stock change in the 1970 -2007 period over the agricultural land of Slovakia. In the article we briefly describe the procedures of geographical input data preparation for the model. On selected examples we present the final geographical data on weather, soil and land cover/land use for agricultural land of Slovakia.
