Accumulation and distribution of macroelements and microelements content based upon element analyses of potential fungal and plant indicator species was performed on long term research plot - Ecological Experimental Station Kremnické vrchy Mts. The study period covered the years 1994, 1995, 1999 and 2003-2005. In Carex pilosa shoots were found following ranges of nutrients, toxic and risk elements content in dry matter [mg.kg-l]: Ca (1650 - 5060), Mg 1050-1120), K (25150-31330), Na (50-70), Cu (10.92-14.55), Zn (41.29-45.64), Pb (4.45-5.53) and Cd (0,14-0.15). The highest concentrations of nutrients, toxic and risk elements in macrofungal sporocarps - in dry matter [mg.kg-l], were indicate in the event of species: Polyporus varius (Zn - 162.97), Clitocybe nebularis (Cu - 21.39), Gymnopus aquosus (Cd - 3,50) and Xerocomus chrysenteron (Pb - 26,58).
