English. This research was carried out to determine the nitrogen requirement of Hayward kiwifruit cultivar (A. deliciosa) in Samsun region between 1997-2004. This study was planned on randomized blocks design with three replications. The 0.0, 30.0, 60.0, 90.0 and 120.0 kg/ha N levels of nitreogen was applied. The amount of nitrogen that kiwifruit needs was determined by means of regression analysis method and the regression equation Ŷ=41.12+7.88X-0.49X2 was obtained with the consideration of that the organic matter content of the soil (0-20 cm depth) in Samsun region is between the limits of organic matter %1-2. For optimum economical crop according to the average prices of kiwifruit and fertilizer in 2005, it should be given 90.0 kg/ha N.
Show more [+] Less [-]Turkish. Bu araştırma, Samsun yöresinde Hayward (A. deliciosa) kivi çeşidinin azotlu gübre isteğini belirlemek amacıyla 1997-2004 yılları arasında yürütülmüştür. Tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre üç tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülen denemede, azotun 0, 3, 6, 9 ve 12 kg/da seviyeleri uygulanmıştır. Samsun yöresinde 0-20 cm toprak derinliği için organik madde kapsamının % 1-2 civarında olması durumunda, kivinin ihtiyaç duyduğu azot miktarı regresyon analiz yönteminden yararlanılarak belirlenmiş ve Ŷ=41.12+7.88X-0.49X2 regresyon denklemi (R=0.608**) elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, 2005 yılı kivi ürün fiyatı ile azotlu gübrenin birim fiyatları göz önüne alındığında, kiviye uygulanması gereken ekonomik optimum azot seviyesi dekara 9 kg N olarak bulunmuştur.
