Використання захисних заходів щодо імпорту винопродукції при вступі України у ВТО

The issue of protecting the market of domestic wine production from overimportation in the conditions of admission of Ukraine to WTO is considered as an excess of supply over demand not only in the internal wine market but in the world wine market is one of the most important problems for wine producers of Ukraine. In order to introduce an additional customs duty, a critical volume of imports and increase in consumption by each kind of wine production are to be lesser than the volume of imports. In 2006 protective measures as regards to overimportations as an additional customs duty could be introduced regarding to wine and champagne. There were no preconditions for introducing protective measures as regards to cognac.

Розглянуто питання захисту ринку вітчизняної винопродукції від надмірного імпорту в умовах вступу України у ВТО оскільки найважливішою проблемою для виробників винопродукції України є перевищення пропозиції над попитом не тільки на внутрішньому, а й світовому ринку вина. Для введення додаткового мита критичний обсяг імпорту й приріст споживання по кожному виду вино продукції повинні бути менше обсягу імпорту. В 2006 році захисні заходи щодо надмірного імпорту у вигляді додаткового мита могли бути введені по вину й шампанському. По коньяку передумов для введення захисних заходів не було.
