Вплив малих доз радіації на адаптивну здатність мутаційних форм ячменю

English. Information is given on the extremum capacity of natural live systems to adaptation in ontogenesis and phylogenesis as the main distinction from cultivated plants reflecting various adaptation mechanisms. The adaptation of living organisms to the environmental conditions is shown to be achieved on the account of genotype and modification changeability, that is on the account of rebuilding the complex physiologo-biochemical and morphological characters of the living organism in ontogenesis thereof and creating new forms of reaction in the phylogenesis. The formulation of new genotype variability is stated to be comprised by the processes of forming potential changes on the account of mutations and transformation thereof into an available form for carrying out natural or artificial selection. In studies the small radiation doses brought to preferably stimulating effects of development of the majority of quantitative characters, and large ones, opposite, to depression effects. Mutants caused by small radiation doses have an adaptive nature and are not accompanied by the negative effects which take place at large radiation doses.

Наведено інформацію про надзвичайну здатність природних живих систем до адаптації в онтогенезі і філогенезі, як основна відмінність від культурних рослин, що відображає всі різноманітні механізми пристосування. Показано, що адаптація живих організмів до навколишніх умов середовища досягається за рахунок генотипної і модифікаційної мінливості, тобто за рахунок перебудови комплексу фізіолого-біохімічних і морфологічних ознак живого організму в онтогенезі і утворення нових форм реакції в філогенезі. Зазначається, що формулювання нової генотипної мінливості складається з процесів утворення потенційних змін за рахунок мутацій і перетворення їх у доступну форму для проведення природного або штучного добору. В дослідженнях малі дози опромінення викликали переважно стимуляційні ефекти розвитку більшості кількісних ознак, а великі навпаки – ефекти депресії. Викликані малими дозами мутанти мають адаптивну природу і не супроводжуються негативними ефектами, які мають місце при великих дозах опромінення.
