Taking nature-protection measures at the regional level is related with lowering the degree of impact of coastal anthropogenous pollution sources on water quality and ecological situation in a water area under study. Substantiated is the necessity of scientific norming of pollutant dicharges coming into marine environment from anthropogenous sources with the necessary recording of self-cleaning factors and non-conservativeness. An integral assessment of quality of the water of the water area of the Odessa region of the North-Western part of the Black Sea is carried out. The main anthropogenous sources of polluting the marine environment are shown. The role of forming the quality of the waters of the water area under study is determined with the aid of a numerical mathematical model.

Реалізація протиохоронних заходів на регіональному рівні повязується зі зменшенням ступеня впливу берегових антропогенних джерел забруднення на якість вод і екологічну ситуацію в досліджуваній акваторії. Обгрунтовується необхідність наукового нормування скидів забруднюючих речовин, що надходять у морське середовище від антропогенних джерел з обовязковим обліком факторів самоочищення і неконсервативності. Виконано інтегральну оцінку якості вод акваторії Одеського регіону північно-західної частини Чорного моря. Показано основні антропогенні джерела забруднення морського середовища. За допомогою числової математичної моделі визначена роль у формуванні якості вод досліджуваної акваторії.
