Researching on grade of hydraulic works

In constructional design, constrution grade is the most important basis for determining the technical requirements matching their scales and importance. Grade of constrution is also a legal base for managing constructional activities. However, there are some heterogeneous points in methods to grade hydraulic works. These methods were published in legal documents which have been used to create new National Technical Regulation for Hydraulic Construction. This article is going to summarize the research results and mention a new grading method, which is to match the Building Law and meets the homogeneous requirements of those documents but also does not affect current building activities which have been developed throughout the contry.
