It has been researched 14 types of hybrids which are representatives from the four groups of vegetation, about their productivity and relative yield of grain in comparison with the hybrid with the highest yield in the experiment. The experiment is made on the carbonate humus black earth without irrigation. The information is processed with the dispersion analysis. The researched hybrids are divided in rank according to the differences in the yield, in comparison with the highest yield hybrid and the standard in the experiment Kn-509. It was found that there are differences between the average values of the yield of grain among the researched hybrids of maize. It was found the variance of yield and variational amplitude by which is determined variational coefficient and the changeability in the yield through the years of research, what characterize the plasticity of the hybrids to the conditions of growth. It is fixed the percentage of the sterile and smutty plans by years and hybrids and their influence over the yield of grain. Judging by the results, we made definite conclusions, inferences as well as recommendations for the practice. The stability of the yield of grain ant its changeability through the years doesnt depend only of the productivity of the hybrids but their plasticity as well to the conditions of growth. The percentage of sterile plants in the sowing is not a sort mark; it depends on the conditions of the environment and mistakes in the seed-production and it effects on the yield. The researched hybrids are practically smut resistant, but the percentage of the smut plants depends on the climatic conditions. To obtain high and stable yield it is necessary for hybrids from different groups of ripeness to be used, which react differently to the specific conditions of grow.
