Evaluation of the morphological potential of blue lupine (Lupinus angustifolius) of different varieties (Pershatsvet, Mirtan, Mitan, Veras, Pryvabny and Lipen) in vitro conditions was realized in the Republic of Belarus. For the assessment of the morphological potential there were used different tissues of blue lupine: hypocotyls and cotyledonary nodes of 3-4-day germinating seedlings cultivated in the aseptic conditions as well as the young embryos. There were stated the varietal differences according to the level of revelation of the morphogenic processes for the different tissues. There was noted the advantages of the tissue of the cotyledonary node. The dependence of the directional properties and developmental intensity on the content of 6-benzylaminopurine in the cultured media was studied. The optimal concentration of 6-benzylaminopurine was determined as 2 and 4 mg/l. In vitro culture of young embryos of blue lupine it was shown that media containing 6-benzylaminopurine made it possible to develop the primary meristems and rapid application of multiple sprouts
