Influence of application of probiotic preparation Laktimet on hematological indexes of suckling piglets was studied in the conditions of a breeding stock-rearing farm in the Republic of Belarus. For the determination of the efficiency of the studied preparation there were analyzed the morphological and biochemical indexes of experimental animals. The optimal dose of Laktimet preparation was 1 ml/head promoted the increasing of hematological indexes of suckling piglets. In course of the complete blood count it was stated that in general Laktimet probiotic rendered the stimulatory action on experimental animals. There was noted the significant (P less than 0,05) increasing of leukocytes, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and thrombocytes level almost in course o all studied stages. In comparison with the control group, in the experimental groups at the age of 5 days the level of leukocytes was on 2,9% higher; at the age of 20 days the same index was on 5,3% higher. The erythrocytes content at the age of 5 days was on 3,7-6,4% (P less than 0,05) higher than in control group; and at the age of 45 days when animals received Laktimet in dose 1 ml/head, the number of erythrocytes was on 6,7% higher. The quantity of thrombocytes at the age of 5 days in all studied groups was at the same level – 267,6 – 279,6 x 10E9/l; at the age of 20 and 45 days the same index was 10,9% and 13,9% higher than in control group, respectively.
