Results of analysis practical use of grain combine harvester threshers (quantity of combine harvesters; average output per engine; specific fuel consumption) in different regions of the Republic of Belarus were presented. Indexes of grain yield in complex showed the constructive peculiar features of different models and conditions of their application. There were noticed the significant changes in mix of combine harvester park of the Republic of Belarus, when alongside with reduction of quantity there was stated the increasing of production capacity and economical efficiency. There was stated the increased ratio of used grain combine harvesters produced in Belarus. Among the national models there could be mentioned combine harvester models KZS-1218 (PALESSE GS12) and KZS-10K. Combine harvester thresher produced by CLAAS company (and especially combine harvesters of LEXION line) proved to be the most popular among the foreign engines. There were stated grain yields produced by one engine of more than 6 thousand tones of grain. There should be realized the continued technical reequipment of national farming units with the modern combine harvesters with the aim of reduction of harvesting terms and lowering of yield losses
