The conception of an economic and mathematical model of partial equilibrium of agricultural sector of the Republic of Belarus (BEL-ASiM – Belarussian Agricultural Simulation Model) was developed for the analysis of agricultural trade and agrarian policy. The proposed model is based on neoclassical theory and includes four main blocks of equations: production; demand; prices; and foreign trade. There was proposed the following module structure of the model: 1. Module of formation of consistent database designed for collection of information and calculation of parameters and coefficients taking into consideration all the conditions imposed on data by the model structure; 2. Modules of standardization of demand and supply system, designed for evaluation of the required parameters of demand and supply functions taking into consideration the theoretical delimitations of macroeconomic theory within the frames of economic indexes of basic year; 3 Module of forecasting , designed for the modeling of different scenarios of agrarian policy at the food market
