Research of influence of herbicides with the different efficiency level on the yielding capacity of barley (Hordeum vulgare) depending on the degree of applied mineral (NPK) fertilizers was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed, that biological efficiency of herbicides predominantly depended on the quantitative composition of sensitive and resistant weed species (frost-blite (Chenopodium album), chickweed satin flower (Stellaria media), black bindweed (Polygonum convolvulus), field pansy (Viola arvensis), corn thistle (Cirsium arvense), annual bluegrass (Poa annua), cocksfoot panicum (Echinochloa crus-galli), etc.) in barley plantings. As a result of three-year studies it was determined that application of herbicides both against the background of high and low levels of mineral nutrition promoted the increasing of yielding capacity, and, moreover, the increasing of the nutrition level subsequently increased the barley yields. In the conditions of increasing of mineral fertilizers dozes there was noted the tendency to the reduction of yield loses because of the weed presence both in the variant with herbicides application and in the control variant without weed eradication
