Фитофаги жимолости съедобной в Беларуси и эффективность применения против них биопрепаратов

There was realized the determination of species composition of pests of edible honeysuckle (Lonicera edulis Turcz. Ex. Freyn) in the Republic of Belarus, detection of the most abundant species of phytophages, and analysis of the biological preparations (Baciturine and lencanicil) efficiency against them. It was determined that in edible honeysuckle plantations in Belarus there were stated the following main pests (both by frequency of occurrence and abundance quantity): honeysuckle cereal leaf roller aphid (Rhopalomyzus lonicerae Siebold), rose ugly-nest tortricid (Archips rosana), and cream-cloak apple shoot (Spilonota ocellana Den. Et Schiff.). The sporadic damage was exercised by glasshouse spider mite (Tetranychus urticae Koch.), and European fruit lecanium (Parthenolecanium corni corni Bouch). In course of the investigation there were analysed three honeysuckle varieties: Goluboe vereteno, Vasilevskaya, and Lakomka. The last-mentioned variety showed the lowest damage degree, and in course of all investigation years (2005-2008) was never damaged by the specialized honeysuckle pest - honeysuckle cereal leaf roller aphid. It was determined that the biological preparation baciturine (ps, titer 45-60 mlrd spores/g) produced on the basis of Bacillus thuringiensis, var. darmstadiensis (strain 24-91) at the rate of 6 l/ha made it possible to decrease the number of rose tortix moth caterpillars on 42-55%. The efficiency of the experimental lot of biological preparation lecanicil produced on the basis of Lecanicillium (Verticillium) lecanii (Zimm.) Zare et W. Gams fungus of BL-1 strain in 1% concentration against honeysuckle cereal leaf roller aphids was 22-42%
