By an example of sod-podzolic soils of the Republic of Belarus (which were formed on lithologically one-segmented moraine and loess-like loams) it was shown that modern soils are the final residual product of degradation of the parent substratum. At the given stage of pedogenesis development, in holocene time period, homogeneous moraine and loess-like loams degraded to loamy sand varieties under the influence of natural and anthropogenic processes.

На примере дерново-подзолистых почв Беларуси, сформировавшихся на литологически одночленных моренных и лессовидных суглинках, показано, что современные почвы являются конечным остаточным продуктом деградации материнского субстрата. На данной стадии развития педогенеза, в голоценовый период времени, гомогенные моренные и лессовидные суглинки под влиянием природных и агрогенных процессов деградировали до рыхло- и связносупесчаных разновидностей.
