Preventive maintenance and treatment efficiency of preparation Comfort Fix produced by Bochemie (the Czech Republik) against cattle diseases of hooves were studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Cows of the experimental group were driven through the 200litre volume disinfection baths with 2% solution of Comfort Fix every day after each milking in course of 30 days. Controlled group of cows was driven through a bath with 10% solution of sulphate of cooper. For the investigation of therapeutic efficiency of the preparation there were formed two groups of cows with hoof diseases. Hooves of sick animals were treated with 10% Comfort Fix solution. Sick and healthy hooves were treated in zones of coronary shoe, sole, between hooves chink and coronary band by air-spraying. Research results showed that treatment efficiency of the preparation Comfort fix was 78%. Animals stopped to lame in 4-6 days, skin puffiness in coronary band went away in 3-5 days, wound healing in 7-10 day, reconstruction of hoof corn was in 14-16 days. There were stated no hoof diseases caused by application of Comfort Fix
