Role of hydrographic factors in the formation of rainfall floods in rivers in the Republic of Belarus was analyzed. There were developed the mathematical models which made it possible to estimate the maximum modules of rainfall floods run-off on small rivers with using of hydrographic parameters. The complex analysis of formation of rainfall floods at the Belarusian rivers made it possible to reveal the degree of influence of different hydrographic characteristics of water catchment area on the maximal modules of run-offs. There were revealed the statistically significant factors which estimated the degree of run-off modules of rainfall floods. There were constructed the regional mathematical models. Results of the realized analysis served as the basis for the development of models of determination of the maximum modules of run-off of rainfall floods with 5% occurence at the rivers. There were calculated the coefficients of moving from 5% occurence to other calculated occurences. The developed models could be recommended for estimation of maximum water discharge of run-off floods with 5% occurrence at the Belarusian rivers in accordance with the main hydrographical characteristics in case of absence of hydrological observations at the rivers. For the increasing of reliability of calculated results it was recommended to use both proposed models. In case of obtaining of squeaker results the final module could be used as an average. In case of substantial differences it was recommended to realize an extra analysis
