Determination of soil pollution with some heavy metals (plumbum, zinc and copper) was realized by the example of Norway maple (Acer platanoides). Also in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were studied new forms of fertilizers and ameliorants on state of tree plantations (biochemical indexes, growth increase of terminal leaders and lateral shoots) of Norway maple. Pollution results of soil and wood plantings of Norway maple in road reserves of the capital of Belarus Minsk were presented. Interrelation of heavy metals content in soil and plants with the content of photosynthetic pigments was established. Influence of agrochemical methods (application of new fertilizer forms and meliorants) on chlorophyll and carotinoide content in leaves, and also on growth top and lateral runaways of Norway maple in city conditions is revealed. Application of new fertilizer forms and ameliorant caused the increasing of plastid pigments (chlorophyll a + chlorophyll b and carotenoids) in all experimental variants. Application of agrotechnical measures promoted the increasing of both apex shoots and branch-shoots. At the same time, the highest productivity was obtained after application of a complex NPK fertilizer with Mg, B, Zn, Mo and ameliorant in dose of 3,5 t/ha against the background of NPK.
