In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analyzed the issues of estimation of the presence and usage of innovation potential at enterprises providing material-technical service and resource maintenance of agro-industrial complex. There was suggested a method of complex estimation of innovation potential for detailed analysis of internal environment and conduction of integral estimation of creation development and distribution of innovation at an enterprise. The proposed methods included realization of a detailed analysis of internal environment and integrated evaluation of creation, mastering and development of innovations at enterprises; application of an expert evaluation method and agglomeratic hierarchical algorithm of clusterization. Special attention was given to estimation of the presence of innovation potential and analysis of its usage at the enterprises of the holding Agromashservice.
