Stability and development of agriculture is based on the research of animal husbandry efficiency, especially on the evaluation of milk production level. Potential of milk producing branch and innovation tendencies, connected with milk production, are coming from different factors, such as resource saving management and economic policy. The article deals with the types of resource saving technologies, their peculiarities, potential possibilities of application at agricultural enterprises of the republic. The classification of factors and terms of efficient application of innovative technologies in dairy cattle breeding, the model of their interrelation is proposed. The organizational and economic mechanism of application of innovative technologies and the procedure of its implementation is considered. General characteristics of milk producing enterprises upon factors of resource saving is presented. Different types of economic efficiency of resource saving technologies application in milk producing branch are shown. Among them are: technical and economic efficiency; organization and economic effectiveness; social and economic value; ecological efficiency. The system of resource saving technologies in milk producing branch is evaluated. The factors of effective application of resource saving technologies in dairy animal husbandry are estimated. The main terms of resource saving technologies application effectiveness in milk producing branch are shown. Organization and economic mechanism of resource saving technologies adaptation is presented. The model of resource saving technology elements interrelation, along with the means of their regulation, is displayed. Gradual algorithm of organization and economic mechanism of resource saving application in dairy animal husbandry in each enterprise is analyzed.
