In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed biological and economic efficiency of autumn application of herbicides Gusar turbo (oil dispersion; 0.1 l/ha), Kugar (suspension concentrates; 1.0 l/ha) and Marathon (375 g/l aquatic concentrate – 4.0 l/ha) tested on crops of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) in the conditions of open stock company 'Agroservice' of Sennensky district of Minsk region of the Republic of Belarus. In course of the study there was analyzed the influence of the herbicides on weediness and weed composition; determined the indexes of field germination rate, overwintering and viability of winter wheat crops depending on applied herbicide; studied the influence of cultivation techniques on yield structure; yielding capacity depending on applied herbicide. It was found out that the greatest biological and economic efficiency was in the variant when the herbicide Marathon was used in a dose of 4,0 l/ha which made it possible to reduce the number of weeds by 95,2-96,7 % at productivity increase up to 45,0 centner/ha.
