In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed an allergic method of tuberculosis diagnostic and studying the reaction of heifers and first-calf heifers in the process of formation of cattle on the hoof of the main herd. The quality of animals with paraalergic reactions on the PPD tuberculin at cattle in safe facilities (without tuberculosis) directly depended on presence of sources and reservoirs of atypical mycobacteria, as well as factors of their transfer to an animal. Lowering of infected cattle with atypical mycobacteria was obtained by means of maintenance of an appropriate veterinarian-sanitary condition of cattle-breeding premises, barn yards and areas on the territory of farms. Quantity of reactions to tuberculin revealed at young (3-4 year old) cows did not depend on the physiological state of animals but was conditioned by the degree of cow adaptation to new housing conditions, including the formation of immunity resistance to microbial flora in cattle sheds, first of all, to mycobacteria and closely related microorganisms. Revelation of a substantial number of animals showing reaction to tuberculin was first of all conditioned by the contamination of external environment objects and forages with atypical mycobacteria which caused sensitization to tuberculin.
