Production level of canned fruit and vegetables play an important role in economics of the Republic of Belarus. Canned foods supply all-year fruit and vegetable reserves and provide food security of the population. The level of production and processing of fruits and vegetables, consumption and import of canned fruit and vegetables in the republic is analyzed. The level of juice import from main countries-providers is evaluated. Producing of fruit and vegetable canned foods for baby nutrition is analyzed. The explanation of priority directions of the development and increase of efficiency of canning industry in the Republic of Belarus is given. Formation of stable raw material zones is presented. Technical re-equipment and development of canned food-producing enterprises is described. Line extension of the production is suggested. Quality increase of the canned fruit and vegetables is displayed. Modern package types are offered. Profit increase while expenses decline and resource-saving providing is evaluated. Sales system development is suggested.
