In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were realized studies of biochemical indices of blood serum of cows which were fed with a new national fodder additive on the basis phospholipids of rape (Brassica napus) which contained biological elements necessary for normal functioning. In course of the study there was analyzed activity of enzymes (alanine-aminotransferase; aspartate aminotransferase; creatine kinase) after application of the vitamin and mineral additive with rape phospholipids; indexes of protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism (whole protein; triglycerids; urea; glucose) after application of the additive; indexes of pigmental metabolism (total bilirubin; cholesterin; creatinine); indexes of mineral metabolism (calcium; iron; phosphorous). Research results showed that application of the fodder phospholipid complex rendered positive influence on metabolic processes. The highest effects were obtained in the condition of phospholipid rape content in dose of 10% and 7.5%.
