In course of a research there were studied changes of agrochemical indices of floodplain peat soils. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in 2001-2005. As a result of the realized research it was found that the formation of a soil absorbing complex was influenced by the following factors: time and level of soil moisture, fertilization and periodicity of flooding. Application of mineral phosphor forms in doses P45 and potassium K120 kg/ha, the content of these elements in soil was enough for meadow phytomass formation on a level of 80-120 c/ha of dry matter at modes of impounding on 10 and 15 days and 70-80 c/ha of dry matter at mode without flooding. The revealed directional property and degree of changes of soil regimen of alluvial peat soil as a result reclamation activities and agricultural use could promote the solution of a task on preservation of soil fertility of the Propyat river during its meadow use, creation of stable long-term productivity of agricultural eciological system with preservation of its bioenergetic and ecological resource of flood plain peat soils.
