T淋巴细胞的百分数(P〈0.01),而高剂量组比中剂量有所降低.7.5g・L. 1的粗提牛白细胞抗菌肽能明显增强小鼠的免疫功能,提高机体的免疫水平.[著者文摘]

Bovine blood was collected and the antimicrobial components were extracted from leukocytes through ammonium chloride lyses, sonieation, centrifugation and freeze-drying. The extract was admin- istrated for two weeks by means of gavage in a daily dose of 0.2 mL at a protein concentration of 1.5, 7.5, 15 g ・L. 1 respectively, and the control groups were separately fed with 0.2 mL of 0.01% acetic acid and 10 g ・L. 1 BSA . The serum phagocytic rate, phagocytic index, and weight of the immune organs (spleen and thymus) were measured, whilst the total number and subgroups of T lymphoeytes were mounted through flow cytometry (FCM). The results shows that at a dosage of 7.5 mg protein content, the extract improves the serum phagocytic index, which indicates the ability of phagoeytosis is enhanced (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the immune organ weight index increases significantly (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the percentages of CD3. _, CD4. _, and CD8. _T cells are also greatly improved (P 〈 0.01 ). It may be concluded, therefore, that the bovine leukocyte extract can improve the level of both innate immunity and adaptive immune responses so that it can be promisingly applied in both human medicine and veterinary fields.
