Chinese. 采用正交设计实验,以红枣中总黄酮得率为考察指标,对影响红枣总黄酮提取率的因素进行探讨。得出红枣总黄酮提取的最优化条件:水浴温度为65℃,乙醇浓度为70%,提取时间为1.5h,固液比为1:30。并利用紫外-可见分光光度法测定了5种红枣总黄酮的含量。研究方法操作简单,重复性好,结果可靠,为红枣生物类黄酮的进一步研究开发提供了很好的参考价值。[著者文摘]
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The extraction of the total flavonoids from red date by using ethanol method was studied. The orthogonal test design was adopted. The result showed that the optimum conditions were:temperature 65 ℃ , ethanol density 70% ,time 1.5 hours, material- fluid ratio 1: 30. By means of the UV- Vis the content of the total flavonoids in five breeds of red date were measured . The research was helpful to further study and development of flavono;d in red dates.
