Preparation and application on compound of Chinese Herbal immunoglobulin | 复方中药免疫球蛋白制剂的研制与应用

Chinese. 结合中药与免疫球蛋白对仔猪疾病的不同防治机理，进行复方中药免疫球蛋白制剂的制备及其初步应用研究，为猪血的综合利用与兽用免疫球蛋白类制剂的开发应用提供依据。以健康猪血为原料，从其中分离纯化免疫球蛋白；将免疫球蛋白与白头翁、三颗针、黄柏、苦参、苍术、益母草等6种中药提取物相结合，制备复方中药免疫球蛋白制剂，并对断奶仔猪进行初步应用研究。免疫球蛋白粗品、纯品中的IgG含量分别为658.33 和955.33 ng/mL，IgG的效价分别为1∶128与1∶64；纯品的IgG含量和效价与标准品接近，二者无显著差异（P0.05）。与中药制剂、免疫球蛋白制剂相比，复方中药免疫球蛋白制剂使断奶仔猪的头均日增质量分别提高了20.1%（P＜0.05）和19.3%（P＜0.05），料质量比分别下降了10.5%（P＜0.05）和8.4%（P＜0.05）；28~42日龄，血清中的IgG含量显著高于其他试验组（P＜0.05）。分离纯化免疫球蛋白的方法可行；复方中药免疫球蛋白制剂能够显著提高断奶仔猪生产性能与机体免疫力。

The study was done to investigate the preparation and application of swine blood immunoglobulin compound preparation of Chinese medicine, combining different control mechanisms to pig diseases of immunoglobulin with Chinese traditional medicine, in order to provide evidence for synthesis utilization of swine blood and the application and development of animal immunoglobulin. Immunoglobulin was isolated from healthly swine blood, and then combined with six traditional Chinese medicine like pulsatilla chinensis, atractylodes and leonurus ect. For development of compound Chinese herbal medicine immunoglobulin preparations, which were applied to weaned piglets. The results showed that the content of immunoglobulin crude product and pure product was 658.33 and 955.33 ng/mL, respectively. The titer of IgG was 1∶128 and 1∶64. The pure product was consistent with standard product, and there were no significant differences between the two(P0.05). Compared to Chinese herbal formula and immunoglobulin, compound Chinese herbal medicine immunoglobulin preparations increased the weight of weaned piglets by 20.1%(P＜0.05), 19.3%(P＜0.05), and decreased the feed weight ratio by 10.5%(P＜0.05), 8.4%(P＜0.05) respectively. In the 28-42 days old, the content of IgG in serum was higher than that of other groups. The method of combined extracting process for immunoglobulin is feasible. Compound Chinese medicine immunoglobulin preparations can obviously increase piglet production performance and immunity.
