Chinese. 2007年和2008年在田间自然发病条件下,鉴定了河南省沿黄稻区25个主要推广品种、育种高代品系对水稻条纹叶枯病的抗性。结果表明,在两个年份均表现为抗病的有5个粳稻(5/17)、3个籼稻(3/3)和2个旱稻(2/5)品种;但有4个品种(4/25)表现不一致。2007年17个粳稻品种中的11个表现为感病或中感(64.70%),5个旱稻品种中2个表现感病或中感(40%)。2008年17个品种中有10个表现为感病或中感(58.80%),5个旱稻品种中3个表现为感病或中感(60%o)。2008年对25个品种的病情变化和田间灰飞虱种群动态的调查结果表明,抗、感品种问的病情变化具有明显的差异,不同水稻品种间灰飞虱的虫口数量也具有显著的差异,但品种对水稻条纹叶枯病的抗性程度和灰飞虱的虫口数量并不完全一致。[著者文摘]
Show more [+] Less [-]English. Resistance of twenty-five rice varieties collected from Henan Province to Rice stripe virus (RSV) was identified under field natural conditions in 2007 and 2008. The results indicated that resistance to RSV was different among the rice varieties in different years. Five of 17 japonica rice varieties, 3 of 3 indica rice varieties and 2 of 5 aer- obic rice varieties were resistant to RSV in two years tests. However, 4 of 25 varieties showed different resistance to RSV in 2007 and 2008. The occurrence of rice stripe disease and number of small brown plant hopper (Laodelphax striatettus Fallen ) were investigated among 25 rice varieties in fields in 2008. The results showed that expansion of disease was different between the resistant and susceptible varieties, and the number of vector insect was different among different varieties. There was some relationships between RSV resistance and insect population in many varie ties. However, there were no absolute correlations between the expansion of disease and the number of vector insects.
