Chinese. 分别用LSA-900B型、XDA-600型、LS-803型、LS-806型、HPD-850型、DM-2型、DM-3型和LKS01型8种型号的大孔吸附树脂吸附去除苹果汁中的棒曲霉素(Pat),用高效液相色谱法检测Pat浓度,用相应方法检测苹果汁的吸光度、色值、透光率、浊度、糖度和酸度.结果表明:LSA-900B型、LS-803型和XDA-600型3种树脂在50℃条件下对苹果汁中Pat的静态吸附率分别达到92.55%、90.67%和89.01%,其组间差异不显著,乙酸乙酯对这3种树脂所吸附Pat的静态解吸附率分别达到75.91%、58.37%和75.67%,组间亦无显著性差异(P〉0.05);经这3种树脂处理后,变化率正相关的4项指标中,波动性依次为浊度〉吸光度〉色值〉透光率;变化率负相关的2项指标中,波动性为酸度〉糖度.[著者文摘]

Eight kinds of macroreticular adsorption resin (LSA-900B, XDA-600, LS-803, LS-806,LSF-500, HPD-850, DM-2 and DM-3) were employed for removing patulin (Pat) from apple juice. The concentration of Pat was determined with a method of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The quality of apple juice was evaluated as absorbance, color value, light transmittance, turbidity, sugar content and acidity. The results showed that static adsorption rate of Pat in LSA-900B, LS-803 and XDA-600 at 50 ℃reached to 92.55 %,90.67 % and 89.01 % respectively.Ethyl acetate was used to remove Pat from aforesaid three resins. The desorption rate reached to 75.91 %, 58.37 % and 75.67 %,respectively. Absorption and desorption among the three resins showed no significant difference (P〉0.05). After treated with the three resins, absorbance, color value, light transmittance and turbidity of apple juice were significantly improved; however, sugar content and acidity were decreased.[著者文摘]
