Chinese. 以小叶榕1年生枝条为材料,河砂、珍珠岩和蛭石为扦插基质,分别用200、400、800 mg/L NAA处理插穗30、60、90 min,研究不同处理对插穗生根率、生根条数和根长的影响。结果表明,珍珠岩+400 mg/L NAA处理30 min 为小叶榕扦插生根的最佳处理,该处理插穗的生根率为68.7%,生根条数为8.2条,根长为17.3 mm。_
Show more [+] Less [-]English. With 1 year old shoots of Ficus mircocarpa L. as the materials, river sand, perlite and vermiculite as the cutting matrixes. The cuttings were treated by NAA with 200,400,800 mg/L for 30, 60, 90 min, and the effects of different treatments on their rooting rate, root number and root length were studied. The results showed that the optimum treatment for cutting rooting of F. mircocarpa_was perlite +400 mg/L NAA treating for 30 min, and the rooting rate of the cuttings in this treatment was 68.7% with root number of 8.2 strips and root length of 17.3 mm.
