Chinese. 以中国水仙(Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis)为材料,研究了不同预处理对根尖细胞中期分裂指数的影响,并对单瓣和重瓣花中国水仙的核型进行了比较和分析。结果表明:用α-溴萘饱和水溶液在活体条件下处理根尖4 h,中期细胞的分裂指数最高,且染色体分散、清晰;单瓣和重瓣花中国水仙均为同源三倍体;单瓣花的核型公式为2n=3x=30=6m+6sm+18st(3SAT),核型类型为3C;重瓣花为2n=3x=30=6sm+24st(6SAT),核型类型为进化程度更高的4C。[著者文摘]

Chinese narcissus(Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis) was used as material,The effect of different pre-treatments on cell division index of Chinese narcissus(Narcissus tazetta var.chinensis) root cell division at matephase was studied,and the karyotypes of univalve flower Chinese narcissus and multiple-valve flower Chinese narcissus were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the best method was treating the roots in vivo with saturated liquid of α-bromomaphthalene for 4 hours,the index of cell division at metaphase reached at 7.85%.Both kinds of Chinese narcissus are triploid.The karyotype formula of univalve flower Chinese narcissus is 2n=3x=30=6m+6sm +18st(3SAT) and belongs to 3C;the karyotype formula of multiple valve flower Chinese narcissus is 2n=3x=30=6sm +24st(6SAT) and belongs to 4C.[著者文摘]
