Chinese. 通过分析城市循环经济的内涵和特点,构建了一套合理的城市循环经济效率评价指标体系.应用数据包络分析法（Data Envelopment Analysis,简称DEA）对河南省17个城市2007年的城市循环经济发展效率进行了测算,结果表明,有8个城市的循环经济是有效的,9个城市则相对无效.最后对循环经济相对无效的城市利用投影方法做了优化路径的分析.[著者文摘]

An evaluation index system of efficiency of city cycling economy was constructed by analyzing the characteristics and connotation of city cycling economy.According to the DEA Model,the efficiency value of city cycling economy in 17 cities of Henan province in 2007 was calculated.The result shows that 8 cities were efficient in city cycling economy and others were relatively inefficient.And then,based on the projection values,This paper analyzed the optimal path for the cycling economy for relatively ineffieient cities.[著者文摘]
