Chinese. 应用本项目组研制的茶园节水灌溉控制系统的"定时灌溉"模式,控制铁观音茶树微喷灌的间隔时间分别为5(T1处理)、10 d(T2处理),以无灌溉为对照.结果表明:T1处理下铁观音茶树的叶片水势保持在-1.70--1.90 MPa,而T2处理和CK下,不同时期茶树叶片水势的变化幅度较大;与CK相比,T1和T2处理的单叶干重分别提高32.0%和29.1%;T2处理的茶多酚含量最高,T1处理的游离氨基酸含量最高,CK的咖啡碱含量最高.可见,运用茶园节水灌溉控制系统可以有效提高铁观音茶叶的产量和品质.[著者文摘]

Tea is an important beverage crop in Fujian.It is often grown under rain-fed conditions,where seasonal drought is one of the major constraints for tea production.In order to improve the water-use efficiency,a tea-irrigation control system was constructed and applied in the water management in tea garden.Two-year old tea plants at an Anxi tea plantation were subjected to three different irrigation controlling treatments,5(T1) and 10 d(T2) intervals with a rate of 3.5 kg water per tree,plus a non-irrigated check(CK).The result showed that leaf water potential was maintained between-1.70 and-1.90 MPa for water treatment T1.However,the leaf water potential of tea plants under T2 and CK changed toughly in the experimental period.Compared to CK,leaf dry weight increased 32.0% and 29.1% for T1 and T2,respectively.The polyphenols content was highest at T2 treatment,free amino acid content highest at T1 treatment,but the caffeine reached its highest at CK.In conclusion,the quality and leaf biomass of Tieguanyin tea plants could be smoothly improved by using the tea-irrigation control system.[著者文摘]
