Resistencia varietal de la soya a la pústula bacteriana (Xanthomonas phaseoli var. sojense Hedges) Starr y Burt y estudios ecológicos de la enfermedad

El presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo estudiar la resistencia varietal de la soya (Glycine max (L) Merrill) a la pústula bacteriana (Xanthomonas phaseoli var. sojense (Hedges) Starr y Burk y la ecología de la enfermedad en tres épocas de siembra. Para estudiar la dinámica de la enfermedad en el campo se realizaron tres siembras en épocas diferentes, marzo, abril y mayo con el objetivo de observar mediante muestreos cada 10 días el desarrollo e incidencia de la enfermedad. En lo referente al estudio de resistencia varietal se utilizaron diferentes líneas y variedades. El experimento fue realizado en macetas utilizándose un promedio de 10 semillas por cada una, el método de inoculación utilizado fue el de aspersión sobre el follaje.

English. The present work had the objetive of study the varietal resistence of soya (Glycine max L Merril) to the bacterial pustule (Xanthomonas phaseoli var. sojense (Hedges) Sterr and Burk, and the disease ecology in three sowing periods. To study the dynamics of the disease in the field, three sowings were done in different times, march, april and may in order to observe throught the samples, every 10 days the development and impinge of the disease, in the bottom, middle and top parts of the plant. Refiering to the study of varietal resistance, the lines and varieties were used. The Experiment was done in flower bot stands using the average of 10 seeds for each one, the method of inoculation used, was the spraying on the foliage. For the preparation of the inoculation, the scale of Mc Farland was applied using the spectrophotometer.
