Efecto in vitro de siete fungicidas químicos sobre Beauveria bassiana (BALS.) Vuil.

Spanish; Castilian. Se estudió el efecto in vitro de siete fungicidas sobre el hongo entomopatógeno Beauveri a bassi ana cepa LBb-1. (Bals) Vuil. a concentraciones de los fungicidas de 10, 100, 200, 500, 1000 y 2000 mg . L E-1. Se evaluó la inhibición del crecimiento de la colonia del hongo, el efecto sobre la capacidad esporulativa y la germinación de los conidios. La DL-50 y la DL-95 del fungicida tebuconazol se estimaron por debajo de 10 mg L E-1. La DL-50 para difenoconazol se estimó en 30,45 mg . L E-1, para mancozeb en 161,49 mg . L E-1, para azoxystrobin en 1463,11 mg . L E-1 y para folpet en 398,92 mg . L E-1. Para óxido cuproso y zineb la DL-50 fue 2000 mg . L E-1. La DL-95 para difeconazol se estimó en 1019,04 mg . L E-1, mientras que para el resto de los fungicidas se estimaron por encima de 2000 mg . L E-1. Tebuconazol se clasificó como tóxico para Beauveria bassiana por la escala de la OILB, mientras que el resto se clasificaron como ligeramente tóxicos. Los siete fungicidas estudiados se clasificaron como muy tóxicos para el hongo entomopatógeno de acuerdo con su valor T, y no fueron compatibles con este. No se observó germinación de los conidios de Beauveria bassiana a ninguna de las concentraciones ensayadas de tebuconazol, difenoconazol, mancozeb, azoxystrobin y folpet, pero sí frente a zineb y óxido cuproso hasta 1000 mg . L E-1 y 2000 mg . L E-1, respectivamente. 1 1

English. The effect of seven fungicides on the entomopathogen fungus Beauveria bassiana strain LBb-1. ( Bals ) Vuil. ) was studied in vitro with fungicides concentrations of 10, 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 2000 mg L . The inhibition of fungus colony growth, the effect on spore producti on capacity and conidia germination were evaluated. DL-50 and the DL95 of fungicide tebuconazol were considered below 10 mg L . DL-50 for difenoconazol was considered in 30.45 mg L , for mancozeb it was 161.49 mg L 1 , for folpet it was 398.92 mg L 1 1 and for azoxystrobin it was 1463.11 mg L 1 . Conidia germination of Beauveria bassiana were not observed in none of tebuconazol, difenoconazol, mancozeb, azoxystrobin and fol pet concentrations assayed, while in front of zineb and copper oxide they germinated up to 1000 mg L 1 and 2000 mg L , respectively.
