The research as part of this thesis has resulted in identifying how profit is managed at agricultural enterprises. An important part of this thesis is model solutions taking into account the way profit is distributed and a set of economic and financial factors affecting profit allocation, including determinants specific to enterprises operating in the agricultural sector. The model research has also allowed the author to quantify non-economic factors related to decision-making and opinions affecting profit distribution
