Most important purpose of organic farming is to protect the environment and environment of production. Protection of soil environment, ground, water, biodiversity, animal welfare _ these are the fundamental prerequisites of organic farming, which should be taken into consideration during estimation of organic farms activities. The profile of activity, farms production can be differential. It provokes many consequences in getting income, and measurable effects for environmental protection. The article presents the results of researches, conducted in chosen organic farms in Opolski region. The agricultural income was estimated, profits from other kinds of activities, connected with organic farm entity. The review of environmental activities was made as well
