On light soil a static cultivation experiment was carried out. There were compared three systems of soil cultivation: traditional, simplified and zero. Soil samples were drawn from the layers: 0-5, 5-10, 20-30 cm for determination of available Cu, Zn, Mn, C org. and pH. The results were compared using t-Student test. The conventional method resulted in higher Cu and Mn concentration. Simplifications in cultivation increased concentration of this microelements in upper soil layer
