The Convention on Biological Diversity was resolute during the UN conference - Environmental and development at Rio de Janeiro, on June 16th, 1 992. In this convention was stated that plant gene resources are very important for world agriculture and nourishment. They are a biological base of security as auxiliary component for human life.
