Relative abundance of patatin in potato tuber protein in dependence on agroecological conditions

Potatoes of three cultivars (Marabel, Karin, Rosella) were produced over three years and under five rates of N fertilization. Analysed tubers were sampled in both, mature and immature stages. It may be concluded that cultivar effect on patatin relative abundance is significantly influenced by year and agroecological conditions, however the final value of patatin is determined by the specific cultivar response on year, site and fertilization
